Recovery and growth are ongoing journeys, and Set Free Properties is committed to being a constant source of support for our residents. To maintain harmony and tranquility at our Sober Living Houses, we have established specific guidelines that everyone must follow. RESIDENCY GUIDELINES

Residents agree to attend church on Sunday morning and Wednesday night at the Ministry Center and Life Recovery on Tuesday morning or Tuesday night.

 

Residents agree that they will not participate in any criminal activity, including illegal sale, distribution, manufacture, use or possession of any drug including prescription drugs not prescribed to you or any use of CBD, gas station dope, alcohol or any other over the counter mind altering substances.

 

Residents agree not to consume alcohol or bring alcohol on or near property nor will they allow anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the property.

 

Residents understand that the use of prescription drugs in any form other than directed by a doctor is prohibited.

 

Residents agree not to participate in any acts of violence or threats of violence including yelling, arguing, loud talking, or fighting on or near the property.

 

Residents agree to not use foul language on or near property.

 

Residents agree to no pornography or any lewd acts on or near the property.

 

Residents understand that no visitors are allowed to stay overnight on the property unless approved by leadership.

 

Residents understand that no one is allowed to be in your room with the door closed unless you are married.

 

Residents agree to notify leadership before you leave if you plan to go out of town or if you plan to spend the night away.

 

Residents agree to maintain employment.  Any day of work missed will require a written excuse from the doctor.

 

Residents agree to keeping the house, garage, shed and grounds clean and clutter free.

 

 Residents agree to keep linens, clothes, and other personal items clean and bug free.

 

Residents understand that they cannot have animals on the property.

 

Residents understand that no weapons of any kind are allowed on or near the property.

 

Residents agree to no smoking or vaping inside any buildings on the property or in ministry vehicles and all smoking or vaping must take place outside away from the main entry door.  This includes all Set Free Properties and the church.

 

Residents agree not to park on neighbor’s property, on their driveway or on the street in front of their house.

 

Residents agree to no parking in the yard or on the street.

 

Residents understand that no cigarette butts or trash of any kind should be thrown on the ground or left outside. This includes all Set Free properties and the church.

 

Residents understand that no loud music, tv’s or nuisances of any kind should occur inside house, on the grounds, or in your car outside.

 

Residents agree to be respectful of their roommate and other housemates and be quiet while they are sleeping.

 

Residents understand that there should be no loitering or hanging out in the front yard, we want to always remain good neighbors and not appear as a threat or problem to the neighborhood.

 

Residents agree to keep the yard mowed, trimmed, weed free and always looking nice.

 

Residents agree to report any guideline violations that you witness. This will be kept confidential.

 

Residents understand to call 911 if you witness or suspect anyone in the house is having a medical emergency or overdose.

 

Residents agree to clean up after yourself in the bathrooms and wash your dishes and clean the kitchen after each use.

 

Residents agree to make your bed and fold and put away cloths and keep your room neat and tidy.

 

I agree to be home by 10:00 pm unless I am working or have made prior arrangements.

 

Resident understands that paying fees is part of recovery and all fees are due every Friday.  No one will be allowed to short or miss a payment.

 

Resident agrees to download One Step App and always allow location.
